Efficient logistics management is inherent in running successful programs. OEG has a team of logistics staff who manage everything operational from equipment, staff, vehicles, communications, catering and much more. OEG operates its own fleet of 4wd and 2wd vehicles, and has access to buses ranging from small mini buses right through to fully equipped luxury coaches.
Our Operations team assess and respond to the requirements of every program, taking into account four key considerations - access to support staff, communications, vehicle access and program difficulty.
