Our Teams

Our staff support the work of The Outdoor Education Group in the following areas:

Outdoor Learning – this team includes our Outdoor Educators, Specialist Support, Program Coordinators, Team Mentors, Risk Management and Quality Assurance teams who ensure that our programs are to the highest standard. They work diligently to plan logistics, facilitate experiential education, and maintain compliance and excellence in our delivery.

Business Development – Working closely with our schools and clients, this team manages the relationships, ensures standards, completes bookings and agreements, manages the calendar, and works to engage with new opportunities to get more students learning outdoors.

Finance and Resources- – We have a number of teams within this Directorate that keep the organisation ticking behind the scenes. This includes our Property Maintenance, Catering and Quality Assurance, Operations, Finance, IT, and  Human Resources.

The Outdoor Education Group has a permanent, year round staff of 100+ Outdoor Educators and 100+ staff who work administratively or in support of our centres. An additional number of high quality seasonal teaching staff are employed during periods of peak demand. As a result we have a huge body of highly experienced staff that are amongst the most widely respected in the industry.
