As an Outdoor Educator and key player within our organisation, you have the opportunity to impact positively on the lives of individuals in your daily role. Your responsibilities focus on the Leadership of your group, delivery and facilitation of Educational framework, Risk Management practice, and building rapport. Along with this, you role model The Outdoor Education Group’s values of Respect and taking Responsibility for self, others and the natural world.

In a salaried role, you can expect to sign a 12-24 month agreement. Salaried roles offer a more stable development plan and consistent weeks of work & wages balanced across the year. Casual roles work well for those who are studying part time or freelancing, as dates of work can be confirmed months in advance.
