Efficient logistics management is inherent in running successful programs. The Outdoor Education Group has a team of logistics staff who manage everything operational from equipment, staff, vehicles, communications, catering and much more. The Outdoor Education Group operates its own fleet of 4WD and 2WD vehicles, and has access to buses ranging from small mini buses right through to fully equipped luxury coaches.
Our Operations team assess and respond to the requirements of every program, taking into account four key considerations – access to support staff, communications, vehicle access and program difficulty.
They are highly skilled in delivering the necessary tools for our Group Leaders to deliver seamless programs on the ground.
